Beautiful place, but it is flawed. The owner made entry into the building and apartment as easy as possible. The apartment was perfect for our party of 5. The apartment looks like it does in the images. The kitchen and laundry room also had important necessities such as dish wash and laundry detergent. Great location.Unfortunately, there were a few concerns for our family. First, there was a noticeable odor throughout the apartment, which prompted me to purchase numerous candles and air fresheners to help alleviate the smell. The smell was nauseating.The apartment is not handicap accessible. The absence of an elevator was not noted in the listing. My elderly mother struggled to climb the stairs to the apartment and our initial arrival was frustrating without an elevator. There is one parking spot for the apartment that is located around the corner of a restaurant. It was initially challenging to find as the marker for the space was small. The owner kindly helped up to find it through a quick call. My family was able to double park in an expired parking spot in front of the apartment when we left today. The Wi-Fi password did not work. When this was communicated, it was too late for the owner to follow up. There was no response to my text about it.

The location of this property makes it the perfect place. It's so centralized to the downtown life making it very easy to walk around and enjoy yourself. It's also only 3 miles from FSU and Cascades park is just down the street making the activity options endless. Whether you're coming to enjoy the night life around or the farmers market, that's only blocks away, this property has everything you could need.
