Bedroom 1: Includes a new king mattress and box spring, ensuring a good night's sleep. Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Includes a new queen mattress and box spring, ensuring a good night's sleep. Smart TV.

Additional Sleeping Arrangement: Couch converts into a queen bed with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

Entertainment: Living room features a big screen smart TV with free WiFi for entertainment and connectivity.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for added convenience.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and glasses. Plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans. Refrigerator and freezer with ice maker. Full-sized oven with glass cooktop.

Outdoor Amenities: Patio equipped with seating for twopeople.

Bathroom: Towels provided for both shower and pool use.

Important Parking Information:

Garage Access: The garage entrance is extremely challenging to navigate. Only midsize or smaller vehicles are permitted to be parked in the garage. No SUVs, trucks, or minivans. Any damage incurred while parking will be the Renter's responsibility.

Guest Parking Passes: To avoid parking issues, we will provide two parking passes for nearby guest spaces at no extra cost.

Immaculate, Well-Stocked, Cozy Tallahassee Treasure

Very clean, well-stocked with all the essentials for a weekend getaway. Hosts communicated well and made us feel welcome. Comfortable bedding and furnishings to make this feel like your home away from home.

Home away from home

This town house was conveniently located to downtown and colleges. Gated community and offered everything I needed. You bet I’ll be back!

Will stay again

The condo was clean and the owner did a wonderful job with the tiny added touches that do make a difference. There was a book about the area with suggested restaurants and coffee/tea/snacks set up. There was one issue that was remedied. The owner was quick to respond and communication was easy. Checking in and checking out was no problem at all. Will stay again. Thank you!!

We had a great stay here! We were in town for a few weeks and really enjoyed our stay. The home is well-maintained, well-stocked, and the location was fantastic. I would stay here again.
