This beautifully furnished Surfside I beach condo with a view of the Port Hueneme pier is right across the street from the beach. Port Hueneme, situated between Malibu and Ventura, is one of the last Southern California locations where you can enjoy an uncrowded summer day at the beach.

It is convenient to the Navy Base Ventura County, the Point Mugu Naval Air Station, and California State University, Channel Islands.

The beach is quiet and family-friendly with beach volley balls and picnic areas as well as nearby bike and Surrey rentals. The pier is a popular fishing spot and the surfing is world class. Port Hueneme provides easy access to Santa Barbara, Ventura, Malibu, Santa Monica, Hollywood and the rest of the Los Angeles metro area.

Beautifully decorated and fully furnished, this three bedroom, two bath condo comfortably sleeps 6. It is conveniently located only 100 yards from the lovely white sandy beach. Located on the ground floor, enjoy peek-a-boo views of the pier from the nicely furnished deck. In addition to being fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, the condo also has chairs, towels, sand toys and boogie boards. The condo complex has two outdoor pools, spas and a clubhouse.

There are numerous local activities to enjoy in the area. Enjoy a fresh seafood dinner at the Seafood Restaurant at the pier, visit the weekly Farmer's Market, bike or walk the nature trails, enjoy a lighthouse tour. Go whale watching or boating out of the harbor. Take a Channel Islands boat trip to explore the adjacent islands up close and personal. Camarillo Outlets are minutes away, as is downtown Ventura and Ventura Harbor, with their abundant shopping, marina, boat rentals, restaurants, and night life. Visit the Carnegie Museum in downtown Oxnard, or the nearby Maritime Museum. Port Hueneme Naval base is 1/2 mile away. You can see the Navy ships coming into port. Local festival and concerts are abundant, including the Ventura County Fair and our own Port Hueneme Beach Fest!

Beach getaway true to the pictures

We stayed for 3 months and are sad to go! The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Ocean breezes

Our stay was delightful. The location of the unit was perfect for relaxing on the patio facing the ocean across the road and park. The unit was well equipped and we used the bbq on the patio several times. We were completely satisfied with this VRBO. Unfortunately our stay ended prematurely due to the fact that we learned that our home in Tucson was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. We look forward to staying again, maybe next year but without the added excitement at home.

Great location.

We loved the proximity to beach, friendly neighbors and their pets. Beach was never packed. Restaurant had local band and our kids enjoyed the music and dancing. Went grunion hunting, nature boat ride and saw dolphins. Went to park in walking distance. Great place for family .

Amazing! Shhhh

One of those special places you'll want to keep a secret. This condo is amazing. Right across the street from the beach and pier, the location can't be beat. Probably one of the least crowded beach areas in the state. The condo has been remodeled, is super clean, gated and secure, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Owners/managers are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this listing.

Great location

We loved the condos location. We were right across the street from the beautiful beach with a view of the pier from the back patio. Great condo with nice upgrades. Stan managed the condo and was very quick to respond or resolve any question we had. He was super friendly and very helpful and kind. We stayed there for almost a month and it was a great place.
