Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home is a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home has games, beach toys and beach towels that are available for guests. There is a gas grill in the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. We hope to host you soon.

Great stay for families!

Stay by the sea

Thanks for a great location and house during our stay in Oxnard.House was exactly as pictured and was a great location!We had an issue with check-in, but the host responded quickly to help.If you go to the beach, be prepared for a climb through the sand! There is a way to drive there or you can find a lesser hill farther down the beach.

Great location! Walking distance to the beach

The perfect place for me and my family, felt like our home away from home! Super spacious living room/kitchen area for dining and hanging out. Silverstrand beach was just a short walking distance away. I would definitely recommend and would stay again and again, thank you! 😊

Family getaway

We absolutely loved the house! We had beds for everyone, a great kitchen to cook in, and geeat beach access. We had come forw a wedding and had a great time playing while we were in town. Thank you!

Fantastic beach house

Overall this place was a perfect vacation rental. They had beach toys, full kitchen stuff, and even a portable crib for our 2 year old. The bbq in the back let us host a tritip cookout. We couldn't be happier!

Beautiful Beach House

This home was wonderful for a short visit with my son who is a Navy Seabee based in Port Hueneme. The house is just steps away from Silver Strand beach and tucked away in an idyllic neighborhood. It was the best VRBO I have ever had the opportunity to rent. On the last day, we discovered the beach chairs and equipment in the garage. Because of a short visit, we were not able to use the beach equipment, but we will definitely return! I will most definitely rent this property again. Kimberly

Great little home near the beach

Home is super comfy, kitchen is well stocked, and the neighborhood is quiet! The Pt. Mugu airshow was this weekend (3/17-3/19) and we were treated to several fly overs from the Blue Angels while we strolled the beach on Friday! It was awesome! We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this home again!

Plan to return next year

First impressions matter. Upon entering the property, we realized we made a great choice. Spacious but cozy, we felt right at home. Clean and well appointed everything needed to make a pleasant 3 day getaway. Good location for shopping and restaurants and steps to the beach. You get the whole house in a walkable and quiet beach neighborhood. We brought two small dogs and the property included a small rear yard and patio. We plan to return soon.

Great Beachhouse

The house was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The only issue was a couple spots that leaked in the ceiling when we had a rainy day. The areas have obviously leaked before, so the owners should have had this fixed previously.

Best beach cabana ever!

What a truly relaxing place to spend 4 nights. Slept like babies every night and had some great meals at Strandwich Cafe. Definitely will return again. Beach is beautiful and harbor gorgeous too

Fun location

We loved the beach house. It has a big living space and nice sized kitchen, which for this vacation worked out perfect. We hosted the grooms family to dinner and made brunch for the girls on wedding day. We had 9 people comfortably in the house. It does only have one shower, so you have to be a little creative. The back patio is a little small, but worked great for our little dog.

Great Beach House, Friendly Neighborhood

Everything you would hope to have when renting a beach house -- comfortable bed, quiet, well-working kitchen, airy, clean, good layout. Bonus is neighbors are very friendly. You can't go wrong staying here.

Silverstrand Stay

My friends and I were impressed, inspired and comforted by the rental on Los Angeles Ave.. The location is convenient and the house offered everything to make our stay a big success. The owner, Aaron, was extremely available and generous when needed.
