This bright and spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath beach house is tucked away in the peaceful South Hampton community, offering a calm neighborhood close to parks, bike trails, shopping, and restaurants, yet only a quick 9-minute drive to the heart of downtown.
Tiki Time is designed with fun and comfort in mind. Kick back at your own private tiki bar, relax on the screened-in porch, or fire up the grill on the back deck. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, WiFi, and beach chairs. Guests also have access to great community amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis court, and clubhouse.
Pet-friendly!(under 70 lbs., $200 pet fee per dog).
