The cabin was wonderful and plenty big for our family of 10. We had a wonderful time and even took family photos in the backyard. My only minor criticism is the one shower. We had to schedule them with so many people and the jet tub went unused. The house had everything we needed and out of the hustle of the Dells.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear the cabin was comfortable and spacious for your family of 10 — and we love that you were able to take family photos in the backyard. Those moments are exactly what we hope our space helps create. We appreciate your note about the single shower. With larger groups it definitely requires a bit of scheduling, and your feedback is helpful as we continue to look at ways to improve the setup. We’re glad the home had everything you needed and that you enjoyed being tucked away from the hustle of the Dells while still close enough to visit easily. Thanks again for choosing our place. We’d be happy to welcome your family back anytime.

Overall the house was clean and large enough for the 10 of us to stay. Loved the fact you can bring dogs as the surrounding property itself was large. The stay itself was fine. A few things/cons I would mention—yes it’s 2 bathroom but only 1 shower. The master bath had a large tub but no shower making it a bit challenging for 10 people to bath. There were no extra paper towels, trash bags or dishwasher pods— be prepared to buy your own. The checkin/door keypad was a nightmare. We received the code via email (like usual) but when we arrived it didn’t work. After getting a different code things were fine. We followed the instructions on how to lock the keyless entry when leaving. However about 4 days later—same thing happened again. Locked out. Current code which was working was now invalid. Had to call property manager again to get a different code. Not sure if we were doing something wrong but that doesn’t explain the 4 days of working then all of a sudden not. Would be nice to have some sort of backup entry or different keyless entry or more direction on if code doesn’t register initially, must wait X amount of minutes before trying again/etc.

Thank you so much for your feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're glad the property worked well for your group of 10 and that your dogs enjoyed the space! We hear you on the shower situation and the supply basics—we'll take those points to heart for future guests. Regarding the keypad issues, we're sorry you experienced those frustrations. This isn't typical, and we'd like to troubleshoot what happened. A couple of details: Were you pressing the lock button on the keypad after each use? Sometimes that can reset the system unexpectedly. We're also looking into upgrading our entry system to prevent this in the future. Please reach out directly if you'd like to discuss further—we want to make sure this doesn't happen again. Thanks again for staying with us!

Thank you for letting us know. I’m really sorry the fire pit wasn’t cleaned out before your arrival — it should always be emptied and ready to use. I’ve passed this along to our team so we can address it immediately and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
