Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the basement of the home—including the bedroom, bathroom, living spaces, kitchen, and laundry.

No access to the garage, backyard, patio, and hot tub. Parking is on the street in front of the the house.

Please note: The upper levels of the home operate as a separate short term rental. While it’s completely closed off from your space, you may occasionally hear quiet sounds from the unit above.

A secure, one-time process to confirm guest identity and protect our homes and community.

3. Choose Your Damage Protection Option
Please select one:
• $50 CAD Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – Covers up to $700 CAD in accidental damage
• $700 CAD Refundable Security Deposit – Pre-authorized 2 days before check-in, refunded 5 days after checkout (2% processing fee deducted)

🔐 We are an API-connected Vrbo host, and in accordance with Vrbo’s Terms of Service, we may implement “offline fees” such as a security deposit or damage waiver outside of the platform. These are securely processed via our guest portal.
