Great location in the city, especially with the parking available. Great spot to just enjoy downtown without being right in the middle of it all.The place was also beautiful, very cozy.

This was a great place for the weekend. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed. Check in process was super easy, exactly as described, host answered my question immediately when I had a question about parking. It was hot in there, which other reviews say, but they supplied at least 5 fans throughout the apartment so it was comfortable. Would recommend!!!

Perfect for our night away

My daughter and I stayed while in town for a concert. It was great. Perfect for what we needed. Easy checkin, the bed was super comfortable which was awesome!

Cute spot in a central location

I really enjoyed my stay in Edmonton. The condo was centrally located and only a short walk away from Jasper Ave. It was furnished nicely and clearly well-maintained with plenty of fans! The bed was also super comfy and I liked the satin pillow cases! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city!

Cozy 1 bedroom, great location!

Nice little apartment, good parking, clean. Only downside was there was no top sheet on the bed.

Amazing

First trip to Canada, Kola was an amazing host before, during and after. He made sure everything was good with what we needed and answered in a timely manner. Very modern and updated unit. Convenient spot if you like to go out.

The unit itself is cozy and nice but too bad the apartment is not secure enough. An unexpected lady showed up in the unit and is packing our belongs including clothes and computer. We talked to her and she said she lives there. And she insist Ed my kid's sport backpack is hers. She eventually left but then we realize the car key was gone. I went down to check the car. It's there. Just before I call the polie about stolen of the carkey, I met the lady in the hallway and got my car key back. It's unfortunate this happens and the lady appears to be confused as well. But I have to leave a candid review so in the future guests need to make sure the doorcode is updated and noone overhear the code. And remember to use the slide chain to add extra security. Owner is supportive in this incidence.

This apartment is well suited in downtown Edmonton for travelling to neighborhoods close by or far away. However there were some issues besides the noise (traffic and within the building). The feature wall in the living room has two low level LED light strips in them which remain on all the time. This provides nice lighting in the day but is very bright at night. We like to keep bedroom door open at night and we kept it open just a bit; as soon as you open the door to use the washroom, the light from the living room lights up the bedroom. If you like to sleep in a dark environment you probably need a eye mask if you are staying here. The bed was reasonably comfortable but there was no top sheet; is the duvet washed between guests? That made me somewhat uncomfortable sleeping in the bed. There were only 5 hangers in the whole place, no place to put your clothes, and nothing to rest your suitcase on in the closet. The lighting in the bedroom is dim. It was cloudy while we were there and opening the curtains didn't really help much with having light in the room. There were clear instructions on how to get in but no information on how to lock the keypad or use the alarm system. There were no paring knives. The table was staged but I wasn't sure if we were to use those dishes or the ones in the cupboard. And I didn't want to use dishes that probably sit out on the table all the time. On a positive note the host was responsive when I did need to reach out.

Thank you for your review, Tim. Few clarifications though. Yes, we make it a point of duty and responsibility to change, launder, iron the duvet and bedsheets each time our guests check out. During your stay it was raining and cold in Edmonton, the reason we only had a duvet. If you had informed us you needed a top sheet that would have been provided to you. On the living room lights, the remote for the Led lights were placed beside it for easy access for guest to adjust it to their preference. We apologize for any inconvenience. If this was brought to our attention we would have guided you accordingly. The bedroom light is dim because guest are expected to sleep in the bedroom and a dim light makes it more relaxing and comforting. On the plates, the plates were placed on the dinner table for guest use and easy access. If you were not sure you should have reached out to us for clarification. The electronic panel helps monitor the door lock and not necessarily an alarming system. Hence we didn't include any information on its operations. We didn't know you required more hangers for your 2-night stay. We surely would have provided more if you had requested. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Once again thank you for your feedback. It is very well appreciated.

Cute apartment and good location. Had all amenities listed. I would recommend they install a window AC unit because it would be very hot come summer. Fans were nice touch for the temperature in the apartment.
