Surfside Shores 2902 is a charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with stunning Gulf-front views from the 9th floor. Located just one mile west of The Hangout and close to all area attractions, Surfside Shores features two outdoor pools, one of which is heated during the winter months.



Unit Features:



• Gulf-facing balcony access is from the living room and the primary bedroom



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats four with two additional barstools



• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit



• Living area has a sleeper sofa



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out



• Parking for a maximum of two cars



Regular passes (1–14 days): $31.20 each plus tax with a credit card, or $30.00 each plus tax with cash



Special passes (15–30 days): $41.60 each plus tax with a credit card, or $40.00 each plus tax with cash



New passes must be purchased every 30 days for long-term renters

I was impressed with the view especially the size of the balcony and the 2 sets of doors to the balcony. The condo and the rest of the building was very clean and the on property security was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

Wonderful stay!!!! Unit was furnished beautifully and very clean. Decor and kitchen supplies were very nice. Complex was well maintained and easy to navigate, parking easy. Beach was beautiful and location great!!! Would definitely stay there again!!! Communication with Itrips was prompt and easy, very informative. Check in and out easy!

The unit was clean and was big enough for all 6 of us. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. The walk to the beach was minimal and it was not packed so there was room to relax and not being crowded. The balcony seating was great for us and loved the chairs. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the pool at night. The was always ample parking at night. The balcony doors are tricky but once you figured it out you are good. They did howl one day when the wind was bad but nothing to complain about. Great unit and will stay again.

The view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. Our family of four adults and two children enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The only issue was the elevator stopped working, but they responded quickly and got it fixed.

Everything that was pictured was accurate. Even tho it was a weekend stay the kitchen offered everything needed for a longer stay . The whole condo was pleasure to stay in

We had a wonderful time! The layout of the condo was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The most amazing part was the balcony chairs and table set up! This is where we spent a lot of time and the view was amazing!! Sunrises and sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! It was our first time staying and we hope to return next year!

Condo had a beautiful view and was on the top floor. However, getting a parking pass from the guard was ridiculous. We had to call multiple times and go down there several times before we finally had someone that was willing to give it to us. We extended our stay an extra night before arriving but yet we were locked out of the unit after 10am on the original check out date so I was glad we had our phone or we would have been screwed as we had to call and have another code generated which took a while. The unit could use some TLC and full paint, sheets were like sleeping on sand paper as they are the generic linens that are mass laundered and make sure you bring all items for the kitchen as far as coffee filters, salt/pepper and such as there were none of them as we have always had in previous units on other stays.

Great place for our family

The set up was great for our family. We utilized the kitchen daily and loved the coffee area! The elevator on property was quick and one day down for a couple hrs but they were onsite quickly to fix. The xplorie is a great perk and easy to book through!

Unit was great. Only issue was the units were having windows replaced and we weren’t notified and had workers in our unit all day. Otherwise the unit itself and property management was great to work with.
