Welcome to The Cutthroat Trout Cabin, a modern-rustic retreat nestled in the trees at the foot of Guanella Pass. One of nine thoughtfully designed cabins at LostFork Basecamp, this one-bedroom stay blends comfort and simplicity—perfect for couples, solo adventurers, or small families.
The space sleeps four with a queen bed and sleeper sofa, and is filled with soft natural light, clean lines, and a calming palette that mirrors the forest outside. A compact kitchenette—including a mini fridge, hot plate, and microwave—makes it easy to prepare light meals, while the open layout and vaulted ceilings create an airy, spacious feel.
A round wooden table with two green modern chairs offers an intimate spot for meals, card games, or catching up over wine after a day on the trail. It sits just inside the front window, where you can look out at the trees and plan your next hike.
