Enjoy this 2200 sq foot Edgartown home . 5 Complimentary bikes to use during your stay. Everything in this Vineyard home is new! 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 Bathrooms. Decorated professionally with all new custom furniture /bedding and mattresses.
After each guest leaves , the home is professionally cleaned . All comforters, duvet covers, blankets and mattress covers are all laundered cleaned j… Everything on the bed cleaned!
William Sonoma dishes , utensils, toaster , and kitchen supplies. All the supplies in the kitchen are new and beautiful from our favorite kitchen store William Sonoma !An abundance of New Serena and Lily bath towels , 6 beach towels, and 6 new Tommy Bahama beach chairs for your use . Home with superb craftsmanship throughout. Only .6 of a mile to Sengekontacket, boat launch & short drive to Downtown Edgartown & 5 mins to State and South Beach . This home is steps to the bike path and bus line which is conveniently located right next to the home. Custom kitchen w/white wood cabinets, Soapstone & Carrara marble counters, Carrara marble backsplash, Stainless steel apron sink, under cabinet lighting. Stainless steel Viking® appliances, including café style refrigerator, gas range (w/pot filler), dishwasher & built in microwave drawer. Custom built island w/ extra thick Carrara marble counter top, this middle island has 3 Serena and Lily counter stools , counter wainscoting, pendants & beverage cooler all make this kitchen inviting .
Living room features a stone gas fireplace, custom built bookcases & beautiful hardwood floors. Separate/open dining room w/ farm table and hardwood floors. Additional Breakfast Restoration Hardware dining table for 6 w/French doors leading to a large mahogany deck, beautiful large backyard & outdoor shower. On the deck is a large New Weber gas grill , new extra long Serena & Lily outdoor wrap around sofa 120 inches by 120 inches and new outdoor serena and Lily 72 inches dining table for 6 . On the first floor a Half bath w/farmhouse pedestal sink, Carrara marble hexagonal tiled floor & wainscoting. Laundry w/front loading washer & dryer.
2ND FLOOR: Traditional wood staircase w/open railings leading to 3 bedrooms, open loft/tv area w/hardwood floors & 3 full bathrooms. Two beautiful Master bedroom. The main master has a custom king sea grass bed ,with high end bedding and sheets . 2 custom chairs are facing each other with an ottoman in the middle for relaxing . 2 nightables and floor mirror are in this bedroom . The bathroom has 2 Carrara marble sinks and 2 shower heads .
The other master bedroom has 2 twin XL beds with oomph custom headboards , custom valence , oomph nightable , dresser , vanity with custom chair , walk in closet . This master bathroom has one Carrara marble sink and 2 shower heads .
The third bedroom has a queen custom Serena and Lily upholstered bed and bedding . 2 night tables and a ceiling fan . This bedroom uses the hall bathroom which has a large Carrara marble sink and storage . A shower/tub with white subway tile .
When you exit any of the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor you step into a sitting room . This area has a large screen tv on the wall , hanging chair, 82 inch white sofa with 2 chairs and a round coffe table . wifi and streaming app set up .
5 new “six three zero “ beach bicycles , they are adult leisure bikes not mountain or racing style

Favorite place on island!

Great house in a great location

The house was beautiful and located great for Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. The Property Manager was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any messages. The house was very well stocked with everything anyone should need. We would definitely stay here again.

Oh my gosh - what an amazing place! I'm a little bit of a diva looking for that well-decorated rental with all the amenities, and this home delivered! It's located in beautiful, upscale Edgartown and is immaculately kept. The incredible amount of detail in curating the furniture, fixtures, artwork, etc., did not go unnoticed. The sofas, dining chairs and mattresses were all very comfortable, and the bathroom showers had great water pressure and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

What an amazing time we had!

Our small group of 6 had such a relaxing time in this beautifully decorated and well appointed home. Short drive to most places and great for morning walks as a group. Thank you for opening your amazing home. Would highly recommend this home to above.

Fantastic Accommodations

This is our second year staying here. The host was attentive to our needs and any special requests. They had a special gift delivered to the home again. Complementary apple pie and zucchini bread.

Great Spot

I will stay again

this was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. For a first time at Martha’s Vineyard. I can highly recommend this home as a sanctuary. Between the personal service of those who manage it, and the accommodations being so relaxing. I can say this is what it means to vacation.

New Home with so many perfect details

Stunning Serena and Lily decor throughout the home made for a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing stay on MV. Located just a few miles outside of downtown Edgartown right on the biking trail for quick access to Beach Road. Great outdoor furniture, grill, beach chairs and bikes too! Moderate road noise outside but that quieted down by bedtime. Loved the soft linens and all the beautiful marble baths. Hosts were prompt to respond. So lovely would definitely stay again when back to MV!

Extended Weekend

The house is beautiful, clean and very well decorated with luxury finishes. Felt spacious. We did hear the street noise from the master bedroom and backyard. The other guests said in their bedrooms they did not hear the noise from street. Your home is very convenient to Edgartown. Response from home owners was quick. If the weather had permitted, we would have used the bikes. Thank you for a nice and relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful house near Edgartown

The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We only wish we’d had more time to spend there. We rode bikes into town - it’s about a 15-20 minute ride if I remember correctly. We would love to return!

Perfect!

We had an amazing stay! The house was impeccably decorated, perfectly clean, and just lovely! I think the best thing I can say is that I spent some part of our vacation researching the amazing linens so that I can have the same at home! Nicole was a wonderful host, totally available for questions and made sure our stay was perfect in every way. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful, new, spotless!

What a treat! As described, Nicole and Michael's home is newly built, beautifully decorated, and full of luxurious Serena and Lilly towels, sheets, and blankets. Spotless and comfortable. Great backyard with a big lawn, patio, outdoor shower. The location is convenient. Very short drive into Edgartown. The house is located just off the bike path and bus route, so bike or bus would also be easy into Edgartown. Also short drive to South Beach, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven. There is some traffic noise from the Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road, but didn't bother us. Nicole was very helpful and hospitable. We were welcomed with a basket of Morning Glory Farm baked goods and fresh fruit -- yum!

Amazing location + designed home

This house was amazingly clean, well designed, and in a prime location to hit all of the local spots all over the island. Easy in and out instructions and beautiful backyard for hanging out in amazing island weather. Many places on island have "shabby chic" style with old and not so comfortable furnishings, but this home has a lovely, new, and classic Cape and Islands style from Serena and Lily, Restoration Hardware, and more. You can tell the owners put in extra care into the details and it shows. Lovely home and we'll be staying here again soon.
