Charming Cape Cod Style Cottage in Edgartown Village

A lovingly maintained Cape Cod style cottage within walking distance from Edgartown center and easy access to shopping, beach, golf course, and many other attractions Edgartown has to offer.

The open floor plan dining and living rooms are located on the first floor. The nicely equipped kitchen opens up to a private deck and a large backyard, making it great for entertaining guests and for children to play. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a queen bed and window AC. A full bathroom (with bathtub) is conveniently located on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, with the large one having a total of three twin beds, two of which can be joined into a king bed. The smaller bedroom has one full bed, one twin bed, and a small desk. Both bedrooms have AC units. Laundry machines are located in the basement with an outside access near the spacious mahogany outdoor shower, recently built.

Exceptional location allows you to enjoy the island without the need for a car. The property is located within a 10 minute walk to Edgartown center and to the Church Street bus terminal, with easy bus access to Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and South Beach. Stop and Shop is 8 minutes away on foot. The cottage is also near the bike path, within 15 minutes by bike to the popular South Beach, and 10 minutes by bike to State Beach.

If you decide to drive, the property offers ample parking spots.

We prefer Sunday to Sunday stays and a minimum of 7-day stay for July and August, more flexible in the other months.

Amazing Property and Wonderful Owner

We had an amazing time. The location of the house was perfect for your island stay. The check in process was so simple, and we were able to get in early which was awesome. All in all, I would highly recommend this listing to anyone!

Great weekend stay

Host was very helpful with answering all of our questions and sharing suggestions of where to go/what to see. Very easy to be on MV without a car- house is 5min walk to a great bike rental spot. House is clean and well furnished. The bedrooms are small, with low ceilings upstairs- but perfect for the kids. Thank you for a great stay!!

Excellent host and home

We spent just one nice at this cute and well located home. The host was an excellent communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this priority if staying in Edgartown. Short bike or walk to town!

The most gracious Host

Our trip was interrupted with some travel hurdles on the front end, and Salma was supportive, kind, and generous with her time and words. Her home was lovely and we all had a chance to unwind and enjoy the outdoor shower. Thank you, Salma!!

Cute cottage in Edgartown

Quiet location on the edge of Edgartown, and the house was immaculately clean, very cute and cozy. The owner was warm and responsive as well as quite generous with a variety of snacks/goodies left for us at the house. She was also super flexible about our request re a delayed check-out which happened to work on her end for our stay. I guess the only issues for us were that as a family of tall people, the low ceilings of the two bedrooms upstairs were a little uncomfortable, though this was something I should’ve noticed in the listing, and some of the mattresses were pretty thin and dense. But in all we had a very pleasant stay and would stay again.

Quick Get Away

The house was clean and bright. The location was perfect since you could walk to Edgartown but you were also far enough away that you had some quiet privacy. The tiny road the house was on was also perfect since there was virtually no car traffic in front of the house. Great visit and would stay here again

Our cozy MV home away from home...

Our first family trip to Martha's Vineyard was simply amazing, and this house was a major contributing factor. From the beautiful decor, to the light and airy feel throughout the house, this is one of the best vacation rentals out on the Vineyard. Additionally, our host Salma, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. It was like having extended family a phone call away during our week on the island. We were greeted with a selection of high quality, organic/ non-GMO treats and beverages (all of which we loved), and advice on which beaches were best for families. Our kids loved playing in the backyard, chasing the cute bunnies that live in the yard, and having the option of showing inside or outside (they are 7, 7, and 5 years of age). We look forward to renting this beautiful home again next year.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

We stayed at this cottage for a wedding weekend. It was the perfect location close to bike rentals and bars/restaurants. The house was well stocked and had everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the vineyard!

Cozy and convenient

We had an amazing time staying at this property.! The owner was welcoming and available for communication . The cottage is located within easy walking or biking distance to Edgartown and yet is in a private setting. The house is cozy and well-appointed. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation!

Great location, lovely place to stay!

Amazing Experience

This was our first time renting on the Vineyard and it did not disappoint. The cottage is extremely clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need, and beautifully decorated with both a Moroccan and beach theme throughout. The large and very private back yard allowed for leisure time with lots of room to spread out and to play some yard games such as whiffle ball and spike ball. As a bird enthusiast I saw Orioles, Cardinals, and Yellow Warblers as I relaxed in the yard. The host, Salma, is so kind, responsive, and accommodating. My family highly recommends renting this property.

Girls trip

The property was in a great location. Short walk or bike ride to groceries and downtown. Didn’t take a car and never needed it. Really big backyard with lots of seats. Only problem was very low ceilings upstairs in 2 bedrooms which is noted on site but the beds up there are futons. Selma was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions and concerns and even has the cottage stocked with coffee and a welcome basket.

great experience

Great experience, easy walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes into the center of Edgartown. The house was clean and there was plenty of outdoor space! Would come again, Sami was so responsive and helpful.

Charming Cottage in Edgartown!

We, two couples, had a great visit at this place! The house is located in a convenient location; truly walking distance to Edgartown and some beaches. The house itself is charming, with a fully equipped kitchen , plenty of areas to lounge in, and a large and private backyard. AC's worked well. It's a great way to be near to all that Edgartown has to offer and still have plenty of room for privacy and chill time. Would highly recommend it and we hope to be back here again next year!! Beautiful home

This home is so wonderful. I was really impressed with how clean and well stocked it was. Salma was fantastic. She always responded to my messages quickly and made sure I knew that she was available if I needed anything during my stay. Also, the location was perfect for us. It’s a quick walk to the down town area and close to the beaches and great restaurants.

I was first introduced to the Vineyard in 1991 during my first visit to the US. My siblings and I fell in love with it as the ocean and the landscape reminded us of a small beach town in Morocco, my native country, where we spent all our summers. My family recently purchased this cottage as we are hoping to have a similar family experience on the Vineyard and we are also hoping to share our cottage with other families to make great memories too! We thrive for excellence and we make every effort to make our guests' experiences fun and joyful.
