A spectacular panoramic view of the sea

In a private and gated residence, this magnificent and luxurious villa overlooks two beaches and the sea on all sides. It offers 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, and a flower garden, two swimming pools and a hot tub on the huge terrace overlooking the sea, as well as a gym with sauna.
an alarm protects the house both outside and inside.
the interior of the villa is elegant and functional, the kitchen offers two refrigerators and a wine cellar, and every detail has been thought out and chosen by the owner.
The bedrooms all have a TV and individual air conditioning, embroidered bathrobes, and three bedrooms have a fridge.
The villa can be booked in 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms, and the price decreases with the number of rooms occupied. The location of the villa is exceptional as it allows you to walk down to the two beaches below, and to also be able to enjoy the excellent restaurants on the beach. For the evening, the proximity of Grand Cas and its great restaurants is a major asset.

We had an amazing stay here with our group of 7 (including 2 kids). The views are absolutely stunning, and the house is incredibly well-equipped — the kitchen had everything we needed and more (even an air fryer, grill, and a meat slicer!). Wifi worked amazing and the Bluetooth speaker really made it fun!The pool overlooking the bay was a total highlight — such a relaxing spot and felt like a dream every day. The walk to the beach is short, though a bit steep, but definitely worth it for how beautiful it is. Friars Bay had great food options while happy bay felt secluded and private! Communication with the host was seamless via WhatsApp — super responsive and helpful with any questions we had.We can’t wait to come back!

Villa luxueuse très bien conçue avec une vue fantastique ! Bien située et au calme. L’aménagement est parfait ! Je ne peux que conseiller vivement de louer cette villa pour un séjour exceptionnel sur l’île la plus charmante des Caraïbes Françaises.

Our booking for 'Dream-in-Blue' property in St.Martin was a PERFECT FIT for our family getaway! Three 'kids', four 'grandkids', plus my wife & me. Five bedrooms, a great 'family room', and nice sized kitchen (w/ two refrigerators!). And, did I mention the FANTASTIC POOLS which overlook the beautiful seacoast & sunsets.... within walking distance (or 4min drive) of the beautiful Friar's beach.Good location, about halfway between Marigot & GrandCase, with many restaurant options...Easy to book, easy to arrange for our arrival/checkin with our 'concierge' (she was just across the street, if/when we needed anything, e.g. putting our 'order-ahead' groceries into the fridge the morning of our arrival). Housekeeper service every day! Always NICE to 'come home' to a clean residence after our adventures.
