The outdoorsy groups will fall in love with the greenery and trees, especially in the fall, so head out and spend each day hiking to your heart's content. A popular spot for hiking nearby is The Sinks, a chain of waterfalls sitting just six miles from home base. Feeling adventurous? Take the kiddos over to Pigeon Forge and have a blast at amusement parks such as The Coaster at Goats on the Roof, Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster, and Dollywood! While in town, you won't want to miss out on delicious restaurants and fun shops, so take some time to meander along the charming streets!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
