The Heywood Building offers bicycle storage, operating on a first come first serve basis. This means that there is no guarantee that a spot will be available in the bicycle storage to store your bicycle upon your arrival. Therefore, if you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to our reservation office before booking, to discuss. An alternative is to rent bicycles while you are here. Many of the bicycle rental companies in Victoria will allow them to be stored at their premises at the end of each day, even if you rent for a week or longer.
Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
