Welcome to the Penthouse Loft Retreat! This top (3rd) floor lofted condo has been newly renovated, sparing no expense. Close to all amenities, you will experience how the locals live! A large living space and private roof top patio is waiting for you!

Located in the Vogue Building, a restored heritage building in 2006, boasts 25-foot ceilings, exposed brick & original heritage fir beams. Three large windows invite natural daylight throughout the main living area and upstairs loft. Close to the original Johnson Street Bridge (the Blue Bridge), designed by Joseph Strauss, who also designed San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Victoria, a short 10 minute walk to Victoria’s world-famous Inner Harbour. Many services and amenities are at your fingertips, such as banks, restaurants (Shizen, Brasserie L'Ecole, The Drake, Jam) coffee shops (Habit, Bean Around the World, Union Pacific), bakeries, transportation, convenience stores, theatres (McPherson Playhouse), etc.... Penthouse in Victoria BC

A fabulous home in a great part of downtown Victoria! The views were spectacular - sea planes coming in for a landing were a daily treat! And our location was perfect - we walked all over the city, and often brought dinner home so we could dine in and enjoy the stunning view from our home away from home. The home was fully stocked with everything you could want. We would definitely stay again!

A perfect home away from home

Fabulous property, very well appointed, spacious but cozy and comfortable. Many thoughtful touches (boxes of tissues in every room, throws for the sofas, binoculars for the rooftop terrace), everything a guest might want was included. Excellent location, all downtown attractions within an easy walk. Tanya was wonderful and highly responsive. We would happily return.

Beautiful condo/beautiful city

Property as described with only a few minor discrepancies which, in no way, distracted from the overall amenities. Kitchen is truly well equipped including many spices and condiments. We spent a wonderful 28 days in this great space and look forward to our next visit.

Quiet retreat in the heart of the city

I highly recommend the Penthouse Loft for a quiet retreat in the city . The property is centrally located so we didn't end up using our rental car half the time . We really appreciated the free parking that was provided . The place was absolutely spotless upon arrival and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in Beautiful Victoria .The hosts were very accommodating and helpful . I look forward to our next stay !

Exactly what we wanted!

We wanted to stay downtown Victoria close to our favorite restaurants (Green Cuisine and Varsha) and near stores where we could shop for the holidays. First night we walked two blocks to watch the amazing lit up truck parade. We were close to entertainment venues and just kept our car in the underground parking garage. Very interesting area.

This property was amazing. So close to shopping and restaurants. Roof top was great, they have everything you could possibly need and more. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Fantastic!

The penthouse is in an amazing location, lots of shops and restaurants, coffee house, noodle bar, etc right out on Pandora. The penthouse is amazingly well appointed, everything you could possibly want and more! Our whole stay greatly exceeded our expectations! We will be back!

AMAZING APARTMENT WITH STUNNING VIEWS

Stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 2 children for 5 days at the end of June. The apartment is located in the heart of Victonia, within walking distance from the main attractions. Equipped with everything you need for a long stay. There is a firepit and grill on the terrace with great views. We were very pleased with the stay and interaction with Melissa. When returning to Victoria, we will be happy to stay here again!

Beautiful home in a perfect location for walking around Victoria

This home is beautiful and in a perfect location for walking so many places! We went right across the street to Fan Tan Alley, walked around all the fun shops, enjoyed live music while strolling down Government Street, walked to the Parliament Buildings and to Beacon Hill Park. We also enjoyed cooking here. The kitchen is stocked with every dish, appliance, and gadget you could possibly need, as well as many spices and sauces. We greatly enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic apartment.

We stayed here for 6 nights in May. The apartment was just perfect for us. It has absolutely everything you might need for a short or long stay. The location is ideal just at the edge of Chinatown and a 20 minute walk to the harbour. We enjoyed the roof top terrace most evenings. Melissa was super helpful and friendly. She is on hand for anything you might need. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Victoria.

Garden Tour

The Penthouse was a delightful guesthouse and the location was perfect! A friend and I were able to walk on either Government or Wharf Streets to the Inner Harbor and enjoy the shops and browse to our hearts content. We only needed the car to drive to the incredible gardens in the outer parts of Victoria or in the neighborhoods. Restaurants were everywhere but reservations were needed in most. So, do plan ahead if possible. Tanya was very sweet and a delight to visit with upon check in and out. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding Victoria and the Penthouse has maps and brochures of places to visit. I will definitely return! Enjoy! M

This is also the center of the festival district featuring free concerts and events on your doorstep almost every day in the summer. The Inner Harbour is just down the street, and Victoria’s gorgeous beaches are a scenic half-hour walk away.

The location, without question, is the best of just about any place you'll find, anywhere in downtown Victoria.
