| HEATING/COOLING |
The home has a reverse cycle split system and a combustion wood fire. In winter we supply fire lighters and an allocation of firewood. If more wood is required, it can be purchased at local service stations.
Each bedroom has it's own fan for warmer months and it's own electric panel heater for the cooler times.

| OUT AND ABOUT |
The home is wonderful but why not also venture out to some of Orange's incredible award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, golf courses, national parks and hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves. Mountain bikes riders will also find plenty of trails to keep them busy with riding suitable straight from the front door!

The popular 'Agrestic Grocer' is a nearby cafe and wine and produce store. It is a wonderful spot for great coffee and local food.

Bloodwood wines, Orange's longest established vineyard, is located close by - tastings strictly by appointment only and I encourage you to make the appointment well in advance of your visit.
