Spacious Coastal Retreat – 2 minute walk to the Inlet Beach
This exceptional holiday home is ideal for large or multiple families, or groups seeking a relaxed coastal escape. Light-filled and welcoming, the house enjoys stunning sea views and a laid-back vibe, making it the perfect base for your Inverloch getaway.
Inside, you’ll find a beautifully renovated kitchen with high-end appliances, two master suites (one on each level, both with king beds and ensuites), plus three additional bedrooms downstairs. The generous layout, ample parking, and expansive garden, fruit trees, and secure fencing make it a fantastic choice for guests of all ages.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite (upstairs)
Bedroom 2: King bed with ensuite (downstairs)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed (downstairs)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed (downstairs)
Bedroom 5: Tri bunk - sleeps 2 adults or 3 children + porta cot available on request
Additional amenities: Third family bathroom (bath & shower),
Features & inclusions:
Wi-Fi
AC on both floors - 2 AC units upstairs
Portable heaters in each bedroom, ceiling fans in bedrooms (except kids)
Parking for 4 vehicles - no caravans or campervans permitted (street parking available)
Full linen provided (please bring your own beach/pool towels)
Pet-friendly:
We welcome pets by arrangement (maximum 2 dogs unless approved prior). Pets must remain off furniture and bedding, and the garden must be kept clean. Charges apply if we have to pick up after your dogs. Please ask for our pet policy.
Guest access & check-in:
A secure lockbox with key is located at the property. The access code will be emailed to you at 3pm on the day of arrival Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder for arrival details.
Security deposit:
A pre-authorisation hold is placed on your credit card at check-in. This is automatically released within 7 days of departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Any damages, excess cleaning, or failure to remove pet waste from the garden will be charged accordingly.
House rules:
This property is managed by The Beach House People and registered as short-stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council (Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002).
On booking, you’ll be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions, which include:
No parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks weekends, or groups under 25 years
No smoking
Photo ID (Australian driver’s licence or passport) required for online check-in before lockbox code is released
