Everything was great! Room was clean and in excellent condition, beautiful view of the ocean and high up enough to not hear all the noises down below. We were out on the balcony almost the entire stay :)

After checking in at the office, I went to the room (a separate location) and the key pad was not functioning. I called the office and they had to arrange for it to be fixed, which took over an hour. Later that evening, I went to get take out for dinner and upon bringing my food back to the room, I found that there was no dinner, flatware, or cups. I had to call the office back and notify them. The next day the items were delivered, for me to clean and unpack.Out of 6 showers, only 1 provided hot water. The rest of my showers were lukewarm at best. Cleanliness of the unit was good, but not great. This place was fine for my purposes, as I was traveling alone but would not return.

What an amazing experience! My family had an unforgettable vacation. The location is perfect, with plenty to do in the area. The beds were very comfortable, perfect for an afternoon nap. The balcony offered a wonderful view, ideal for our morning coffee. And our kids absolutely loved the beach and lazy river. Overall, it was a first-class experience. I would recommend it to any family and we look forward to returning.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Our room was modern and nicely decorated and the view from our balcony overlooked the ocean where we enjoyed beautiful sunrises. There's a breakfadt cafe on the main floor that serves a good variety of breakfast choices. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Ocean Reef is in a convenient location and close to Myrtle Beach attractions. We plan on returning sometime in the future.
