The room was as advertised. The host was both helpful and responsive to our needs and questions! The location was great this time of year with an amazing view! Although the condo was small it was clean and well maintained! Perfect for a long wk-end or short getaway!

Unit was just as described. When I called him about the missing parking pass, he responded very quickly and came right over. The bed was comfortable. The views great! Other than the crane work at the pier, lol. Not Brad's fault, we just looked straight ahead and to the right! Still beautiful. Balcony is small, so if you are scared of heights, don't go out there!! Only con for us was a remote didn't work and there were no streaming apps on the TVs. We were there to just be lazy and chill with no one bothering us and this fit the bill exactly!!! We will stay again! Thanks Brad!

All was good but the unit had crumbs of some kind all over the couch and my wife removed a huge wad of hair from out of the drain, other than that everything was good.

Pictures much better then in reality furniture looks like. Electric stove only one burner works.Needs touch up paint on the wall. Construction works on the dock close to the building

The bed is at the front door you hear everything in the hallway. The bed linen was not clean the mattress cover was nasty and there was blood on the mattress. I had to go to Walmart and purchased a mattress cover and comforter set, also purchase two pillows. The sofa cushions also had stains. There was hair on the floor and counter top in the bathroom.I was very uncomfortable. The building is old and need to be updated.The best part was the view it was ocean front, but I hated going back to the room. I would not recommend.

Short supply

I don’t blame the owners for not disclosing the major construction happening on the pier directly in our line of view from balcony but it’s a little shady that he didn’t. The one roll of toilet paper alloted for two people for 5 day stay, the 2 bath towels per person for 5 days, the lack of a shower curtain altogether was another thing. The paper thin walls also robbed us of a good night sleep at all. We could hear traffic, the neighbors, people in the hallway, the construction….everything. I did like that beach chairs were supplied but I wish i realized they were tucked away in the closet long before the 4th day.

Nice and Cozy

My husband and I enjoyed staying here to celebrate his birthday and Father’s Day as well. Beautiful views from the balcony. This place was not far a the attractions.

Couldn’t get the television to work, no hangers in closet crappy broom, no dustpan, stained sheets! The noise outside where they are building is so loud from morning until night 7 days a week!

10/10, Want to come back again

Before my trip, I had a billing issue due to a new card and worked with the host to switch it. Host was patient and responsive. Got in easily, it's such a cute little place, impressive view, and balcony to enjoy it on. When we went there was some pier construction, but the ocean waves drowned out the machinery, and the construction crew is gone by dinner. Place was a good size for my partner and I. Kitchen decently stocked, we bought a couple cooking utensils for our ease of use but that was out of choice, not necessity. Building also has both an indoor and outdoor pool/spa, the indoor heated pool was nice for our chilly winter trip. A really good location in relation to hotspots in town. Only gripe was that one of the TV remotes is dying and difficult to use, but that's such a minor thing compared to how well the rest of the stay went. The actual TVs worked fine. My partner and I would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Cold, but lovely.

We managed to come on what had to be SC's coldest week of the year. But the golfing was still good, and the room was just right. Cozy and petite, but had all we needed. Georgeous sunrises, warm pool and hot tub. Good water pressure. Easy, but secure access. Good response from host when needed. ffrom hist.

okay stay

Several things we encountered initially kind of set the tonefor our stay. 3 hangers in our closet, 1 out of 3 bulbs in the bathroom vanity worked, half of roll of toilet paper was all that was provided. Of the 5 tv remotes could only get one to work and that was only for local channels, no cable and TV in bedroom did not work at all. Contacted host and he offered things to try but that did not work and that's the last I heard from him.

Construction near property, outdated condo.

Major construction project literally next door. Very noisy from 7:30 am to some days as late as 6pm. We were not notified of this before arrival or when making the reservation. Condo was clean, but outdated.
