On a quiet residential enclave in picturesque Harbour Town is this charmingly appointed one bedroom townhome.
The first level comprises a gourmet-quality kitchen showcasing dark granite countertops, custom glass-door cabinetry, and every major appliance. The kitchen is open to a spacious and inviting living and dining area, stylishly appointed with Ralph Lauren furnishings. The living room holds a large screen TV and DVD, and the dining area seats six. Sliding glass doors open to a delightful patio for alfresco dining or basking in the warmth of the Carolina sunshine.
The second floor leads to the romantic loft style bedroom, which houses a draped four-poster queen sized bed, TV and DVD. The deluxe master bath has a roomy vanity and soaking tub/shower.
Stoney Creek enjoys its own private resort-sized swimming pool, and is only a short walk to the Harbour Town Yacht Basin, holding endless shopping, dining and recreational amenities. The Sea Pines Racquet Club and Harbour Town Golf Links are conveniently within walking distance as well, only one block away.
