Perfectly situated in the beautiful surroundings of Shipyard Plantation sits this modern, renovated villa that will make you fall in love with Hilton Head Island.

This unit features:

• 4 Backpack Beach Chairs
• Community Pool
• Community Tennis Court
•1 Shipyard Car Pass included with your stay. This allows parking at the Shipyard Beach Club

This unit features a beautiful first floor living area, with an open floorplan. The kitchen has been tastefully updated, with tile backsplash, new cabinets, new applicances, and granite countertops. Two stools allow for seating at the kitchen island as well. The dining area seats six and flows nicely between the kitchen and the spacious living room. Featuring a large flat screen tv, and ample seating, including a sofa, loveseat, and two chairs, this space is exceptional for a villa of this size. The outdoor patio and grill allows for beautiful golf views while enjoying the natural surroundings. The master bedroom is also located on the first floor, featuring a King bed, TV, and full ensuite bath with shower.

Upstairs there is a second bedroom, with two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and another ensuite bath. Upstairs features what used to be a third bedroom, which has been converted to a second living space, while still featuring a queen sleeper sofa and full bath for additional sleeping arrangements.

Shipyard Plantation is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard Plantation boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Fabulous!

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and spacious for our family of 5 (2 young adults, teen, and parents). We like to rent bikes for the week and the location was perfect for visiting the area and sightseeing. There were two unavoidable home repairs needed when we were there. Management was prompt and found solutions to let us continue our stay with minimum effort on our part.

Great property in a great location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The kitchen was fully stocked with updated appliances. The living room was comfortable and spacious. The 2 bedrooms had their own bathrooms.

Beautiful villa plenty of room very quiet and clean - only thing was the ice machine barely made ice so buy a bag for your visit !! Would absolutely rent again

Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Shipmaster Villa. It was very clean and even better than the pictures showed. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the owners responded in a timely manner. We have already talked about staying here again next summer!

Very nice villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa is very nice, renovated and updated. It was perfect for my family of 4, we had room to spread. The location is excellent, a short drive to the Shipyard beach access, but walking is also possible. The 4 chairs are in excellent condition. We had an issue when we arrived, the unit was not cleaned, but the management company was very responsive and solved the problem immediately, they called me and kept me updated. I think the cleaners could do a better job, especially with the floors, but we will definitely come back.

Perfect place!

We had a great time at this house. The house was better than what we expected. Plenty of room to spread out. The location was perfect. We rode our bikes everyday to the beach and used the pool and tennis courts. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Quiet and private

We stayed Saturday to Wednesday and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and private pool. The beach is walkable, although we chose to drive the short distance due to the chairs and bags we would have needed to carry. The neighborhood is beautiful.

Relaxing week

Shipyard is our favorite area on HHI and the location of this condo was very conveniently located. It was a short bike ride from the ocean and a great view of the course. The condo has everything we needed. My only complaint would be there was blood on one of the upstairs comforters and there was an occasional bug inside, maybe increasing extermination May help. Although there is only one pool in the community it was never too crowded. Overall, the community was very quiet and lovely. I would recommend a stay here.

Perfect Location & stay!

We absolutely loved this condo and want to stay here every single year!! The condo had everything we needed. Enough space to spread out and work, play, and rest. The community was quiet and easy to stay tucked away or venture out. We have been going to HHI for 13 years and this was one of our best stays to date!
