Light and airy, this two-level townhome is refreshingly decorated in taupe and blue. Featuring relaxing seating, TV and DVD, the living room has immediate access to the on-site swimming pool through its sliding glass doors.
With stone flooring and lovely wainscoting, the dining area provides seating for six, and also a view of the pool.
Fully appointed, the kitchen has every major appliance plus stone flooring; there’s even a nearby washer and dryer. A half bath is located downstairs as well.
Upstairs, the appealing master bedroom showcases a king-sized bed, TV and overlooks the swimming pool. Its master bath houses a tub/shower combination and roomy vanity.
With bead-board furnishings, the charming second bedroom features swing king bed (which can either be a king-sized bed or twins), and walk-in shower in its private bathroom.
In addition, Heritage Villas has a resort-sized swimming pool. The numerous amenities of Harbour Town, Sea Pines Racquet Club and Harbour Town Golf Links are all in close proximity as well -- just a short walk or bike ride away.
