Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom Heritage Villa offers a refined coastal retreat with stunning views of the #1 fairway on the iconic Harbour Town Golf Links. Thoughtfully refreshed with all-new furnishings and fixtures, the villa blends Lowcountry charm with modern comfort, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable Hilton Head getaway.

The inviting living room is filled with natural light and features brand-new seating, a large flat-screen TV, and an open, airy ambiance ideal for relaxing after a day of island adventures. The dining area comfortably seats six and flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which showcases white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Upstairs, both bedrooms feature private en suite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom offers two Full beds, a flat-screen TV, and a tub/shower combination—perfect for families or friends traveling together.

Wonderful property on 1st hole of Harbour Town golf course and about a minute walk to Harbour Town! Quiet and secluded neighborhood, property was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location

This property was in a perfect location, very spacious and priced fairly. It was clean but could use some updating (new couch and a new dryer) but this wouldn’t deter us from staying at this location in the future!

Our stay at this Villa was amazing! You are getting exactly what it says! We loved the location. Very close to harbor town! We also took advantage of the bikes they provided and rode all around Sea Pines. The beach is about 2 miles on bike! Which is not far at all. We are a family of 6 and this was perfect for us! Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect location

Nestled in the back corner of Heritage villas, this 2 story property gave us everything we needed & more. Close to harbortown center, on the golf course & plenty of parking. The bikes & beach chairs were in great condition and were used every day. Our teenagers & dogs were comfortable, safe and happy.

Golfing Family

My husband, son, and his fiancée booked a golfing trip. This was a very convenient location for us. We stayed on the first hole of the last course we played, Harbour Town Golf Links, and were able to walk to the course. There was room for us all. Communication with the rental company was good. We would definitely book again the next time we are down there.

Cannot beat this rental for a long Weekend with golf and tennis

The property was perfect for our recent long weekend. We played golf and tennis and the location very close to the Harbour Town Golf Course and tennis facility were great- we could walk to each in about 5 minutes. We also were no more than a 10 minute walk from Harbour Town. The rental was immaculate and really well laid out. Our dog loved the ground floor location and being able to go right out the back door to a deck and grassy backyard with pine trees and palms. Unless you want a beachfront rental you cannot beat this rental for location, value and overall condition, Highly recommended!

Unit was great. We were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was adequate for cooking. It is a pet friendly unit and we brought our dog. So, not surprising that one of the couches smells like a dog. There was a bunch of dog hair (different color than my dog) that floated out from under a couch the first day we were there so the cleaners need to pay attention in pet friendly units to dog hair under things.

Perfect location, needs some love!

Sea Pines is our favorite area in HHI. This was our first staying at the Harbourtown villas, nice location, relatively close to everything and adjacent to the golf course, nice! This particular villa is comfortable and spacious, but needs some serious remodeling. We understand that it is a pet friendly unit, but it is not just the furniture that looks run down it's the whole place. The mattresses need to be replaced, specially the one in the master bedroom; the bathrooms are old and need repairs, the house needs new paint, i would suggest a full remodeling if they want to continue renting it. It was great having the beach chairs, and bikes available at the property. The interactions with the management team were prompt and professional.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean. Two of the three bathrooms needed to be completely updated. The two outside decks were old and also needed to be redone. They were very uninviting. However, the rental company and maintenance side of the house were great. I would use them again, I would just select a different place to stay at.
