Girls Trip

Communication with owners was easy and prompt. Neighborhood is quiet. Neighbors were friendly. The house was beautifully decorated, clean with lots of room to spread out. Enjoyed my stay here

Rent at your trips risk!

My guest and I never got to stay at this property. I booked my reservation months prior to needing it. I reached out to the host and asked to update the dates as I ended up on a special assignment that started at the beginning of our trip. I was advised that I would not be able to as I had booked during a time that was highly requested by others. I ate the bullet and said ok. I then reached out the day of checkin as I had not received any check in information. The host at that moment canceled the reservation noting “Guest was advised property was already booked.” This was the day of check in. If the property was already booked it should not have taken until check in date for a refund to be issued. I reached out to the host because that information had NEVER been shared with us prior to that moment. There were no other options presented and the response was “we’ve issued you a refund in full” as if that was an acceptable solution. I would recommend having a back up plan if this is your first option- as I was advised that 3 other reservations were also credited back in addition to mine. I reached out to VRBO customer service and they were just as unhelpful as the host.

Better than other reviews stated

The property is lovely and beautifully decorated. I had some issues with things not being ready at the stated check in time and some furniture was broken. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. The rental is more adequately supplied than previous reviews stated. I think it has everything most would need including a coffee maker. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful Property & Location

We were ver very happy with our entire stay. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean & had everything we needed. Location is so convenient to the popular areas of Charlotte. The neighborhood is great. There’s an apartment community behind & beside that’s totally fine! In a prior review it could be misleading that that community was something to raise some concerns about it, but not at all! Enjoy!

Nice and spacious home

The property was very nice but in a weird location across from some 'public' housing but no real security issues stemming from that. Just an eye sore across from such nice getaway homes. The property is well lit and extremely spacious. The master bathroom didn't have any washcloths but there were a few towels, so I had to get my own washcloths. There was also hardly any toilet paper but we managed. There were still a few Christmas decorations up but nothing too crazy. We also noticed some ants coming into the kitchen via the back door. Overall, a nice visit in a very nice home, conveniently located not far from shopping and restaurants.

Birthday Weekend

We came to Charlotte for my son’s 10th birthday. We wanted a place close to South Park Mall and downtown Charlotte. The location was perfect. It’s a brand new home, so it was clean and uncluttered. Kitchen could perhaps be a bit better equipped- no coffee maker. It was well appointed. As a family of 6 would have preferred more seating in living area. There is an additional sitting area but without a tv. As a family, we just prefer to watch tv together. Overall great experience, good location, beautiful home.
