• We supply bed linens & bath towels.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

• Pool can be heated OR cooled for $200/day. Please let us know 24 hours prior if you want the pool heated, so we can have it warmed up/fresh and cooled for you.
• Absolutely NO parties or events to be held at the house.
• Quiet hours for the neighborhood is 9p - 8a every day of the week.

• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Pets not permitted
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee.
• No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Only stainless steel cleaners may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
• Visitors must be approved by the host.
• Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and considerate
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.
Security Deposit
A Security Deposit is required for all bookings and will be automatically reserved prior to your arrival. A hold or charge of $500 will be placed on the credit card used for your last successful payment, exactly 2 days before your arrival date. If no successful credit card payment is on file, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Once your stay concludes, the Security Deposit will be released in full within 3 days — provided the property is returned in the same condition as found, beyond normal wear and tear. Should any damages occur, a full accounting of deductions will be provided. If damages exceed the deposit amount, Guest agrees to cover the remaining balance within 3 business days of notification.
Deductions may include, but are not limited to: excess cleaning, hot tub draining and refilling, trash removal, missing or damaged items, building or grounds repair, or other service fees. Owner reserves the right to use the restoration method of their choosing.
