Location:
The Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval sur Arc at a place called "Tralenta" and in front of the "Vallonnet" chairlift. The residence is entirely ski in / ski out.
The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. This service is already include in your booking.
La Marmotte 001 offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment.
The west orientation allows you to enjoy a dream panorama over the valley and optimal sunshine in the afternoon, the 30m2 terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting for your lunches.
The apartment consists of a large living room opening onto the terrace, which offers a living area with a large sofa, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso ...)
A first bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a north-facing window.
The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, a large wall cupboard and has its own shower room. This room has no window.
The dorm is equipped with 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 single beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6) and has a window facing north.
Finally, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this property.
Its large living room and 3 bedrooms make this apartment ideal for 2 families or a group of friends (up to 9 people with 1 sleeping place on the sofa).
One indoor parking space is located 50m from the residence.
On the ground floor of the residence, you have a ski locker with boot dryer.
WIFI. PETS NOT ALLOWED. NON SMOKING APARTMENT.
By booking with Altitude 1750, your ski passes reserved by us are delivered directly to the reception of the residence.
The price is inclusive of VAT, excluding administrative fees and tourist tax. Resort insurance is also available at an additional cost.
