The Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval sur Arc at a place called "Tralenta" and in front of the "Vallonnet" chairlift. The residence is entirely ski in / ski out.

The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. This service is already include in your booking.

La Marmotte 005 offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment. The South / West orientation allows to benefit from a dream panorama.

The apartment consists of a living room opening onto a 45m2 equipped terrace, you will find a relaxation area with a Nordic bath (optional extra) and a large table to enjoy the beautiful days.

The living room offers a lounge area with convertible sofa, a dining room and a kitchen with central island. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso ...)

A first bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a TV and has its own small shower-room, thanks to its bay window you will have direct access to the terrace.

The second bedroom also offers a queen bed and a TV and its south-facing window offers a perfect view of the slopes.

The dormitory is equipped with 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 single beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6).

Finally, a shower-room with WC + a second independent WC complete this property.

The apartment is therefore ideal for accommodating 2 families or a group of friends (up to 8 people.

One indoor parking space is located 50m from the residence.

On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer.

By booking with Altitude 1750, your ski lesson cards and ski passes reserved by us are delivered directly to the reception of the residence. You can also benefit from rates with our partners (ski lift passes, ski rental).

The price is inclusive of VAT, excluding administrative fees and tourist tax. Resort insurance is also available at an additional cost.
