Welcome to our lakefront 5-bedroom cottage on beautiful loon lake. With an open-concept kitchen, 2 living rooms, and a stunning Muskoka Room with lake views, there's space for everyone to relax and unwind. The cottage is spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step outside to the dock to enjoy morning coffee by the water, or cozy up inside by the fire. Just 8 minutes from the charming town of Gravenhurst with shops, restaurants, and local charm.

Exterior Features:

Enjoy days on the dock with great swimming. Sit around the Firepit for cozy evenings together by the lake roasting marshmallows and smores.

Muskoka Chairs and Outdoor Dining area to relax or spend time as a group.

Large screened in Muskoka room located conveniently off of the kitchen overlooking the lake. There is a large dining table with seating for 8, and two separate seating areas inside.

2 kayaks, and 2 paddle boards for exploring on the lake with a variety of lifejacket sizes.

EV charging available in the driveway

BBQ with direct gas line.

Interior Features:

Private upper floor primary bedroom including king size bed, walk-in closet, ensuite with shower and soaker tub, and its own private deck with 2 Muskoka chairs overlooking the lake perfect for lazy mornings with coffee in hand.

Separate basement living room with 75" Smart TV and streaming app access, sectional couch, and additional seating. Basement is a walkout featuring full windows and sliding doors to make it a bright, inviting space.

Main floor washer and dryer with laundry supplies.

High speed internet with WiFi connectivity throughout the cottage.

Central air throughout the cottage with heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable in any weather.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home and property, including the private dock, Muskoka Room, BBQ, paddleboards, laundry, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The only exception is one locked pantry/storage room where we keep some personal belongings. Everything else is yours to enjoy during your stay—make yourself completely at home!
