I used to live here... then I get in love and moved only few floors downstairs in the building, because I love the neighborhood. Why couldn´t I share this awesome place and yet take care of it, meeting peopple abroad ?
this is a prodcut ofa weell recognized architect in the city. The materials and dsitribution of spaces in the building are icredible well profitted. it is well provided by water, gas and energy. Super well comunicated with the rest ofe teh city, by bus, metro or metrobus.
This property has only 8 years anda has been never damaged due to earthquakes or similar risks.
