The host company have always been excellent at responding to any issues. I've stayed here a few times, and while basic, it has everything you need for a cosy stay. Very useful and practical stay. Thanks again!

Outside of property needs attention. I communicated this to the property managers. Due to weeds, house tiles and broken pieces of wood in the driveway and on the grass, a shared driveway that should only be for one car and not shared with another property, made for a disappointing first impression. Once heading inside the property, the accomodation was lovely. Clean, styled well and comfortable. It’s an older granny flat with a fresh look inside and was lovely. Such a pity the outside let the inside down.The property is advertised with an outside area to sit for coffee or a cool drink, but there was no furniture outside to sit, and the patio overlooks the attached premises weed filled backyard. Despite paying full payment and security bond, a month before travel, I was asked to pay another security bond a few days before holiday. It took messages back and forth before they realised their mistake and that i did not need to pay more money. A third party operates the managing of the accomodation and it took hours before any messages were answered, and texts were initially sent with links to click for payment rather than keeping communications within the stays app as suggested.
