This modern, sun-filled space includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a stylish open-concept living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. House Rules:
-There is no smoking on the property (including vaping)
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
