Guest Policy:
Guests staying less than 30 days must ensure all visitors are registered in advance. The building requires a 24-hour notice prior to the visitor's arrival for approval.
For stays of 30 days or more, guests are welcome to invite visitors without restrictions.
Visiting hours:
Visits are allowed only until 10:00 PM. After that time, an automatic charge will be generated.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low during these times.
Party Policy:
Parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a $200 USD fee.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is permitted only on the balconies. Evidence of smoking inside the apartment will incur a $300 USD cleaning fee.
We would like to remind you that, for everyone's safety and comfort, pets are not allowed in our facilities. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
