Fully air-conditioned, with a modern kitchen and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, this home provides a tranquil escape while being just minutes from Cairns' vibrant dining, shopping, and attractions.

Surrounded by lush rainforest, guests may encounter local wildlife, enhancing the natural experience. Due to steep terrain and open-plan design, this property is not suitable for children or infants. A rental car is recommended for exploring the Great Barrier Reef, beaches, and stunning hiking trails nearby.

Check-In & Security:
All guests must complete a check-in form and provide a valid ID upon arrival for security and registration purposes. Please ensure that all pre-booking questions are answered truthfully to confirm the space meets your needs. Check-in details will be provided before your arrival—please review them carefully.

Amenities & Supplies:
A starter amenity kit with essentials is provided for your convenience. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies.

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect:
This home is located in a peaceful residential area surrounded by rainforest. To maintain a harmonious environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Minut noise monitors are installed outside to monitor noise levels (these do not record sound or conversations).

Guest Policy:
This property is strictly adults-only—no children are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises, and unregistered visitors are not permitted.

No Party, No Smoking, No Pets:
This is a strictly no party, no smoking, and no pet property. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check-outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check-out instructions provided and return keys as instructed.
Security & Monitoring:
For guest safety, CCTV cameras monitor the front door and driveway. There are no cameras inside the property or in the pool area.

Housekeeping & Damage Fees:

Guests may be charged for extra cleaning if the property requires additional housekeeping.
Lost keys or fobs will incur a replacement and call-out fee.
Smoking inside will result in a professional deodorising and steam cleaning charge.
Safety & Rainforest Awareness:

Our home is a wonderful and distinctive property. In order that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, can you please confirm that you have considered some of the unique features of our home:

- The house is set in the forest and is an “open air living” style, meaning you will likely encounter wildlife / bugs. All bedrooms are fully sealed with fly screens and AC.
- Three of the four ensuites are indoor/outdoor style bathrooms and they open to the surrounding forest. One of the bathrooms is fully enclosed.
- As the home is in a tropical rainforest, we ask guests not to walk through the surrounding forest due to potential risks from wildlife, insects, and plants.
- The house has many steps and a steep driveway.
- The house is not suitable for toddlers and young children.

Please use plastic cups in the pool area—no glass is allowed for safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is firm. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as illness, emergencies, or extreme weather. Refunds outside our policy will not be granted, but we are happy to provide documentation for insurance claims.
