Just 200 metres walk from waterfront on Cairns Esplanade. Ideal getaway with friends or family.

Perched on the fourth floor, enjoy views of the water and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy fully air-conditioned interior, boasting two external balconies.

Our guests have exclusive access to a swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and the convenience of an undercover car park.

Opening the door on this apartment, you will be drawn in by its high ceilings, open space and lots of natural light.

This recently renovated apartment is a popular choice for groups of friends or families, thanks to its modern styling, open living and entertaining area opening onto the balcony for city or sea views.

A large and super comfy leather lounge is a great place to sit back and watch you favourite movie or show on the 55-inch smart TV.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials including coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave etc, so you can prepare your own meals and enjoy them with family or friends who may be helping or watching on from the island bench.

HOUSE RULES We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For us to do so we would appreciate you following the house rules. These rules are a condition of your occupancy. Check-in is after 3pm, Check-out is 10am. Please respect our property and leave it as you found it, clean and tidy. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed unless stated in property description. If evidence of smoking or pets without approval are found, charges for extra cleaning fees will apply. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property or injury or death to occupant, guest or invitee. No unregistered guests allowed. Maximum number of guests must not exceed property information for maximum guest numbers. No parties or events permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum before 7am and after 10pm. If a complaint is received you will receive a message via the booking platform, then a phone call. Failure to comply with reducing noise may lead to immediate eviction. Please take out rubbish before you check out, location of bins are provided in your checkout instructions. Please ensure all dishes and kitchenware are washed and returned to cupboards, fridge cleaned out. Please take care of your keys/access cards. If you lock yourself out a callout fee will be incurred. If the keys/access card are lost or taken with you on your departure, a replacement fee will be incurred. No drugs or illegal substances allowed on the premises. Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible to pay for damage or breakages. Any damage/breakages to be reported to the host before checkout. Any alteration to the booking must be made by the guest via the booking platform. Internet connectivity varies from property to property, depending on location, weather and unforeseen events. We are unable to remedy technical issues outside of our control. We do not refund for problems such as plumbing, electrical, Wifi not working, light globes blown or gas, etc. Any issues identified by the occupant must be communicated to the host and will be attended to as soon as practically possible. At times, when the property is occupied, maintenance specialists are required to attend to their regular maintenance schedule, i.e. lawns and pools. Any breach of the above rules will permit us to cancel or terminate a booking. Refunds will not be paid on terminated bookings. Our cancellation policy is firm and we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim. Our team is available from 8am to 6pm to help during your stay. Great location and comfortable furnishings

The stay was great. Everything was comfortable and lots of patio space and beautiful views. Only oddity was when checking in, we had to use the offices side of the entry and that wasn’t expressed in the check in instructions.

Sensational apartment and location

Couldn't imagine a better location - really close to esplanade - quiet but a short walk to the action.Great 3br apartment with two balconies. Really well presented. And rooftop pool is wonderful!Even better than photos.

perfect adult family accommodation and location

This is a lovely, tidy and spacious apartment with a kitchen you can actually use, fabulous views, pool upstairs, etc ...(The washing machine was well used too.)We stayed 5 nights as an adult family and partners group. It worked fabulously for us and we really enjoyed having the apartment as a base, as well as hanging out there.Definitely recommend!

Swimming pool, gym and undercover car park available for our guests. Our holiday apartment is designed for you to to forget work and enjoy paradise.

This apartment is not suitable for school leavers/Hens/Bucks parties/Events/Weddings/Birthday functions or parties - noise must be kept to a minimum. You will be asked for photo id, details about your group & purpose of your trip. Booking may be cancelled if any of the above info is not provided.
