For those who dream of living directly on the Gulf, it's hard to find a better spot than the Naples Continental Club. Situated on a pristine stretch of beach in the prestigious Moorings neighborhood of Naples, this condo offers the ultimate beachfront lifestyle with all the amenities you desire. Relax and unwind by the heated pool (anticipated to re-open February 1st), or take advantage of the beachside chaise lounges, gym, and club room, all of which overlook the stunning Gulf waters. Unit 710 features a direct west-facing balcony with breathtaking Gulf views from the living room, screened balcony, and primary bedroom—perfect for sunset gazing! The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the kitchen, ensuring ultimate privacy for guests. Both bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, plush new linens, fluffy white towels, and TVs for added comfort. Experience Naples beachfront bliss at its finest!
BOOKING DATES: Even month bookings (meaning check-in on 1st of month, check-out on last day of month) might be required, particularly during peak season December through April. Please inquire prior to booking alternate dates!
APPLICATION: All rentals at Naples Continental Club require a lease application be completed and submitted at least 3 weeks prior to check-in date for approval.

RENTAL PURPOSE: This property is intended for single-family and transient guest rentals only - any requests for work crews require specific approval prior to booking. No commercial vehicles or work trucks may be parked on site.
COMMERCIAL USE: Commercial and/or business use of the property is not allowed, including commercial photography or filming.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
