Stay comfortably in Naples at this 2-bedroom condo at The Mariner. A small enclave of 16 condos upstairs & 16 downstairs. Very quiet! This is an upstairs unit. New 75” TV in living room & new large TVs in each bedroom. There is an elevator to the condo. The bedrooms feature a perfect king bed and a queen bed! With amenities like AC, heating, private WiFi, and 2 hair dryers. You will not want to leave ever! The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a shower and hair dryer. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Fast WiFi private and password protected. Kitchen has everything to cook a gourmet meal. There is a heated pool with lounge chairs. We provided 4 tall beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cooler and plenty of beach towels. There is a drip grind coffee pot, keurig pot & tea pot. Starter paper towels and starter tp is provided. You can walk to 3rd St. S. To a coffee shop and Tommy Bahamas original restaurant and clothing shops. Farmers Markets each weekend!! Many numerous clothing shops and restaurants are on this street. 5th Avenue is 1 mile away and walkable. There is parking assigned 1 vehicle only. The location cannot be beat and is nestled amongst some of the finest homes Naples has to offer. The Naples beach is famous for its sugar sand beaches! It will not disappoint. Do not forget the fabulous sunsets almost nightly!

The host was extremely welcoming, and the condo was clean and quiet. Incredible location with easy access to the pool and beach. Lovely neighborhood for walking and a quick walk or ride to restaurants and playgrounds.

Clean and updated unit within walking distance to 3rd Street shops and the beach. It had all the amenities we needed for our beach day too. We would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location!

Wonderful 2BR condo complete with everything exactly as photos portray. Even supplied with great beach, umbrellas cart, and 4 chairs. We absolutely loved walking around the gorgeous neighborhood and beautiful beach access.

Perfect location!

This is the perfect location! We picked up a few things on the way in and never used our rental car after that. Walking distance to all of the great restaurants and shopping and of course, the beach! We would love to stay here again!

Excellent location by the beach

Excellent location one short block from the beach. We loved being able to walk to the beach, great restaurants, and weekend farmers market. The apartment was perfect for 3 adults. The beach chairs, towels, and pool were big bonuses. We’ll stay here again for sure! Great hosts.

Perfect property! Everything from the very beginning could not have been better. This place was well appointed, stocked with everything you could need right down to beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart. And talk about close to the beach? Less that a block and you're on the sand. 2 blocks in the other direction and you're at dinning and shopping. Just Perfect!

PERFECT place, AMAZING hosts

The unit provided everything we needed, had an incredible location, was ridiculously clean, the bed was super comfortable! Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided too. Hosts were incredibly communicative and fast. Would highly recommend!!!!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was very well equipped w beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas. We barely drove since the beautiful beach was a 2-3” walk and a very close walk to many wonderful restaurants! The host Judy was very responsive in communicating. I would love to come back again!

Great Old Naples Condo

Nicely remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath perfect for two couples or family with a couple kids. One bloc from beautiful beach and one block from multiple fabulous dining and shopping. Condo was extremely clean and small kitchen had everything needed. Excellent communication with host and great onsite parking. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay!

My friend and I came to naples for a long weekend. Everything was fantastic. The unit was clean and comfortable and even included beach chairs and towels. The neighbors we encountered were very friendly too. It’s 1 block from a beautiful beach and right around the corner from the great shops and restaurants of 3rd St. We didn’t need our car at all. Thank you!

Naples getaway

The condo was very clean and was stocked with all your needs. One block from the beach. The problem when we stayed there the weather was in the 90’s and the beach water was hotter than the pool.Since last year hurricanes there is limited access to the beach . Parking for us was good but anyone else had to pay for parking or got towed .Mist of the activities were outside so it was hard to enjoy anything because of the heat.

My friend and I love to stay at the Naples Mariner because it is one block from the beach and walkable to shopping and dining on Third Street. This unit is a true gem. It was immaculately clean. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels and quality beach chairs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The property owner is both responsive and accommodating.

Great location

I had a lovely time for a weeks’ stay at this very cute,well located and well equipped condo. It was sparkling clean and the pool was wonderful and warm. The location was fabulous! The only issue I had was that the elevator didn’t work during my stay, and the condo is on the second floor,so loading and unloading with big suitcases was more challenging than it otherwise would’ve been.Otherwise, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely come back!

Superlative in the heart of Old Naples

Charm with every amenity you can imagine in this two bed two bath and kitchenette apartment in quaint old Florida just steps from the cool sophistication of Third Street and the powder white beach. Couldn't ask for more with attention to every detail from comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas to a fully equipped kitchen for those nights in when you're not dining at Naples finest restaurants. Not to mention the most comfortable beds and bed linens to have the best night sleep. Off street parking was a huge bonus as well. Hope to come back soon. J & W

This condo was AWESOME! The location was PERFECT! 3-5 minute walk to the shops on 3rd St or, in the opposite direction, 3-5 min walk to the beach! You can see the beach and the shops on 3rd St from the condo! Very clean and comfortable. Beds were GREAT and the linens were very good quality. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler! The pool at the complex was very clean and had tons of chairs. Judy, the property manager was great to work with. She always answered my emails within minutes. The price was VERY GOOD!
