This bright, single-story cottage is only steps to Mayo Beach and a short stroll to the town pier.

Enter the main living area with a living room with comfortable seating, a flat screen smart TV (stream your own content), decorative fireplace (not for tenant use) and a dining table with seating for six. Enjoy beautiful views of Wellfleet Harbor from the large front window.

Just off the living room is a nicely-equipped kitchen with electric range, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and stacked washer/dryer.

The cottage has three bedrooms--one has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds.

There is a bathroom with a stall shower.

Air-conditioning: There are four window air conditioners, one in the main living area and one in each of the three bedrooms.

Enjoy wonderful Wellfleet Harbor water views from the front yard. The shaded backyard offers respite from the sun. There is a dining table with chairs and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Enjoy true Cape Cod in this beloved area of Wellfleet. Mayo Beach is just across the street for swimming, sunbathing and beachcombing. Don't forget your kayak or paddleboard!

Just down Kendrick is the town's public recreation area with a playground, pickleball and tennis courts, a skate park, ballfield and summer entertainment. Some of the town's best restaurants are in this area and on the pier including the Bookstore Restaurant, Ceraldi, Pearl and Mac's on the Pier.

Walk down to the pier for the raw bar at the Bookstore Restaurant or fried clams and ice cream at Mac's on the Pier. Little over a mile to Main Street for more restaurants, great shops and galleries. Short drive to the best of Wellfleet including live theater at WHAT (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theatre), golfing at Chequessett Yacht & Country Club, biking and walking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, swimming in Wellfleet's beloved fresh water ponds and exploring the beaches, trails and historical spots of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Head down to Provincetown for more galleries, shopping and dining plus whale watches, boat charters, night clubs and live entertainment.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
