About the Rooms:
1st Floor: Cozy living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (fits 3 futons), bathroom, toilet, washroom, laundry room, Japanese-style room, and a nice garden to relax in.
2nd Floor: Two bedrooms — one with 2 beds, the other fits up to 3 futons, plus another toilet and a handwashing spot.

Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen on the first floor has everything you need: frying pans, pots, cutting boards, spatulas (check photos for details), fridge, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and electric kettle.
You’ll find plenty of dishes like bowls, plates, chopsticks, spoons, forks, mugs, and glasses — feel free to use them all!
We also stock basic seasonings like salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking oil, mirin, and pepper.

Amenities:
Bath towels, hand towels, toothbrushes (with toothpaste), hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, razor, comb, body sponge, cleansing oil, lotion, toner, and bathrobes.

Extras:
Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, big dishwasher, and a drying rack in the laundry room.

Parking:
Free parking for 2 regular cars and 1 compact car right on the property.

We’re in a quiet neighborhood, so please no parties or loud noises, especially at night. Please keep noise low in the garden too.

For hygiene reasons, please don’t use the gas stove grill.

No smoking inside the house.

Please take off your shoes indoors.

Please sort and separate your trash properly.
