The property is unfenced at the beachfront; supervision is required for young children.

Maintenance may occur during your stay in peak periods.

This is a professionally managed home, not a hotel. Additional supplies beyond the starter pack must be self-purchased.

Strict house rules apply. Any damage or rule violations may result in cancellation without refund.

Guests will have access to the whole house

We live in Cairns City and we'll be contactable prior to-, during- and past you stay via the booking portal messaging app, on our mobile phones (call or SMS) and also on other messaging apps in case you had any questions or if there was anything we could possibly assist you with.

The garage is not available for guests, there's a covered carport for 2 vehicles and large open parking space for guests' use.

There is no fence between the beach and the house therefore it could be dangerous for small children unless supervised.

Depending availability we can organize early check-in and/or late check-out at a surcharge of 50% of the applicable daily price

The garden and pool are maintained fortnightly, and although we do endeavor to arrange our gardener or pool man to service when the property is vacant, during busy periods it is possible for a service to be done during your stay.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
