With 3 inviting bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

- Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed, ensuite with walk-in shower and toilet, walk-in robe

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, built-in robe

- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds



Additional Bathrooms

- Main bathroom with separate bath and toilet

- Ensuite in main bedroom

- Extra bathroom located in the garage

A fully equipped kitchen for easy meals and entertaining:

The area is famous for its breathtaking natural beauty, with world-renowned lookouts, bushwalking trails, and hidden waterfalls just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

- 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive to Leura Station

- Easy train access to Sydney and surrounding mountain villages

- Short drive to Katoomba, Wentworth Falls and other major lookouts

- Local buses and taxis available

- Several walking trails begin right from the doorstep

- Maximum 6 guests

- Minimum 3-night stay on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter

- Quality linen, doonas, towels, and kitchen essentials provided

- This is a peaceful retreat, not a party house – please respect the neighbours and surroundings

- No pets permitted

- Not wheelchair accessible (large flight of stairs at front of property)

- No access to under-house storage

- No parking in garage
