This one bedroom suite has a luxurious king size bed. Living room sofa converts to a queen bed for extra guests. Full size kitchen with an abundance of appliances for those who enjoy cooking at home. This suite has three distinct entertainment areas - kitchen, living room and patio. Enjoy entertaining outside with comfortable seating, a firepit, and a Weber BBQ for al fresco dining.

Close to Lynn Canyon, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mtn, Lonsdale Quay, Ambleside and Quarry Rock. Walking score of 97, close to all bus routes. Hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. In the heart of Lynn Valley, 2 blocks from restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shopping.

Being so close to nature and have all the conveniences of shopping and services within 2 blocks. Enjoy hearing owls at night and the birds in the morning. Nice to be able to access Lynn Canyon Park (2 blocks away) and be completely immersed in nature.

Easily accessible to Vancouver and for those not driving a walking score of 97; as the location is within 2 blocks of grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and shops plus 2 blocks to Lynn Canyon Park. Great location, spacious and bright!
