Air-conditioned villa for 4 people located Residence Le Jardin de la Palmeraie. Ground floor: equipped kitchen corner, living room, terrace with jacuzzi (seasonal). Bedroom with bed 160cm. Mezzanine with sofa bed. Bathroom, separate toilet. Private parking. Privileged access to the nearby Eve hotel pool (depending on availability).Tourist tax to be paid 2.30 euros /day/adult person. File fee: 29 euros (except Poplidays customers). Made-up beds and toilet towels provided. Departure household included. Arrival from 5pm to 7pm, you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11:00. Breakfast option 19 euros. Insurance: from 3 nights onwards, please provide us with your RC certificate, otherwise insurance costs 24 euros (except Poplidays customers).
