The space

Your host (Libby) personally manages everything from communication and cleaning to maintenance and preparation, so every detail is handled with care.

🛁 2 bathrooms – older in style but refreshed with new taps, shower heads, and toilets, plus plenty of soft towels and essentials.
📺 Two living areas: one with a 75" Smart TV, the other with a 65" Smart TV, Xbox, books and games.
🧑‍🍳 Fully equipped kitchen and dining area for shared meals.
🌿 Private backyard with 8-seater dining table, BBQ, outdoor lounge, and festoon lights.
🚗 Double lock-up garage and long double driveway for ample on-site parking.
🚤 Driveway long enough for a vehicle towing a boat, ideal for Lake Albert visits or exploring the Murrumbidgee River.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the home, garage, ample driveway parking and fenced backyard. Entry is via a smart lock with your own code.

📷 Outdoor security cameras are in place for property protection and to support house rule compliance.
🐾 1 pet welcome with prior approval – cats or small to medium dogs under 20 kg. Pets are welcome inside, however, approval is required, and not all pets will be suitable. Agreement to our full Pet Policy is required before confirmation, so we can continue offering pet-friendly stays.
♿️ Single-level home with a few single steps inside and out (not wheelchair accessible).
🌳 Some light road noise may be noticed in the backyard, though not inside.

🩺 Guests visiting Wagga for medical treatment or supporting a loved one can access a 15% Medical Stay Discount. Serenity on Grampian is within 10 minutes of Wagga Base Hospital, Calvary Riverina, and the Riverina Cancer Care Centre - just mention your visit when booking and I’ll provide the details.
📝 Bookings are by request rather than instant. This gives both of us a chance to make sure the property suits your plans and that expectations are clear from the outset, helping everyone enjoy a smooth, respectful stay with no surprises.
💰 Pricing & Guest Numbers - The nightly rate is based on accommodating up to 4 guests, which helps keep pricing fair for smaller groups in a home that can accommodate up to 8. Additional guests are charged at $25 per person, per night. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, so pricing and insurance accurately reflect the group staying.
