Solid property that delivered what was promised. Only snafu was the entry code was not programmed correctly and upon arrival we had to call the local Evolve contact to resolve. The house has been renovated fairly recently, and everything is in good condition. The kitchen was very well equipped. The entire place needs some art on the walls, and the basement seems to have a lot of empty space that could be utilized as a reading nook or quiet sitting area. There is also a nice screened porch on the second level, but strangely it doesn't have any patio furniture.

We're glad the property delivered on what was promised and that you enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the recent renovations. We're sorry the entry code wasn't programmed correctly ahead of your arrival; that's normally set up before check-in. We're also looking into adding patio furniture for the screened porch, and we recently acquired some art for the walls that we plan to hang throughout the house soon. Thanks for the thoughtful feedback, it helps us keep improving the place for future guests.

Great find!

House is great! The beds were very comfortable and showers were fantastic! Everything was spotless and clean. This house is great if you have a high anxiety dog that needs a quiet environment a separate space! Could use a little more decor on the walls as it seemed to almost have a echo effect but other than that it was amazing! The owner was very communicative with quick responses and even was able to get us in a little early! Truly a great find! We will definitely rent when we’re back in town!

The house was very basic, which is fine, but definitely lacked some coziness and amenities I have come to appreciate in other VRBO properties. Definitely needs curtains in the kitchen windows; felt like the neighbors were staring at us the entire time and was creepy. We improvised and put up pillow cases! Could us some larger pots and pans and serving bowls for a 3 bedroom house… the basement blinds need to be replaced too. It served its purpose. Nice and close to everything.

I will start with the negatives (not many). Bathroom counter space was small. When you travel with women they definitely notice this. Fenced in back yard was not the best. The host was excellent. The house was very clean. The kitchen was nice and well stocked for cooking. The home looks like it has been updated. Loved the hardwood floors upstairs. Definitely would stay here again if available.

The home is in a great area. A couple of things that should be updated is the bathrooms should have hook behind the door. The upstairs bathroom should have shelving (the bathroom is tiny and nowhere to set things down). One of the bedrooms should have a king size bed for tall people. They didn’t have an iron, mop, good broom, vacuum cleaner or full length mirror.
