We are eco friendly in terms of no use of chemical sprays etc. Screens provided on windows so we request no fly spray use.
Please do not dispose of any non-biological items in the toilet as this could severely damage the greywater septic system that is installed.
Please use only eco friendly soap products due to our grey water system. We provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Hi, my name is Julie and my husband is Robin. We live in close proximity to the
Cottage and both enjoy gardening and walking in the countryside. We value our privacy and would ask that you respect this by not entering the adjacent property on the east side of the cottage. However you are most welcome to wander around the section where the cottage is located and enjoy the trees and pond area. On occasion you may hear whistling frog's which we have established in the pond and you may even spot a tadpole or two!

Our gardens are special to us and the reason we came to live in this area.

We hope you enjoy the relaxed and easy environment of the area. The perfect place to stay and or to take day trips to many of the special places close by. With Hanmer Springs, Mt Lyford, Cheviot, Gore Bay and Kaikoura all within easy driving distances it makes a good place to go and enjoy day trips from.
