Welcome to our cozy place in Greenwood, South Carolina.

You will find a very spacious condo, with more than 1500 sq ft of living space. Located in a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Very centric and close to common destinations, just 3 miles to Lander University, 4 miles to Piedmont Technical College, 5 miles to Self Regional Hospital.

This charming unit features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry room and private patio with outdoor seating.

It’s a real home away from home.

Came in for a short weekend to visit family and couldn’t have had a better stay. Easy check in, safe neighborhood, and overall super comfy place. 5 star, highly recommend!

Beautiful property.

Excellent layout for our family, and convenient location to all of our activities. Our host was timely with communication, and helped to make this a very pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed the stay. The property was clean, safe and comfortable. Parking is right next to the front entrance and convenient. Property in good central location in Greenwood. Highly recommend.

Here for college baseball club playoffs. This location was in a great location for us, and everything as advertised. Really good experience.

Great Stay

We were in town for a family reunion and did not want to be stay in one room in a hotel or pay the expense for two rooms when we could have a townhouse. It was more cost effective to have 3 bedrooms so everyone would have their own space and we had a kitchen. The house was nice and 5 minutes away from the family. The neighbors were very kind and welcoming. The house was peaceful and serene. Thank you!

Comfortable space near schools in Greenwood.

Very clean property with everything you need in a VRBO. Townhouse in a small community near schools in Greenwood. We had some questions and the owner replied promptly! Located about 12 minutes from Self Regional, Lander University and the uptown area. Not too far to Lake Greenwood!

Great Rental!

This townhouse was perfect! We are in Greenwood often, we have kids at Lander University. This was the perfect place to stay. It is in a quite neighborhood and great location. Lots of room and very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the extra room vs being in a small hotel room. We will definitely rent again. Thanks for offering a great place to stay!

Very comfortable family stay

Great location for family on last minute trip. Owner was very helpful when and responded immediately. Clean, quit and peaceful. Meet all requirements as I was in town for funeral and didn't want to deal with hotel traffic. Definitely would stay again when in town.

Great condo in quiet neighborhood

Beautiful inside and out. Great location and very close to food and shopping. House was clean and had nice amenities like coffee, shampoo, conditioner and linens. Would highly recommend this home and would book again myself!
