Beautiful home with access to a great 3.7 km walking trail around Adam’s Pond. Central location in a new neighbourhood allowed us to access all of the must see tourist destinations in and around St. John’s.

The house was very nice and clean. The snacks were good. The property was easy to get to from Topsail road. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that may have been helpful would be a dresser in the bedroom.

Good. Host very attentive. New house. When we were there the ground was still just gravel. They were busy adding dirt so I’m sure it will have grass soon. The smoke alarms kept going off (like out of batteries - but not). Host said the whole block of new homes had similar issues. Had to remove the alarms. The kitchen has good appliance but needed serving utensils(tongs), and bowls, food storage bins. Extra cutlery. An additional cutting board, scissors, extra pots and additional cutlery would be iron good additions.

Thank you for your feedback! The apartment is brand new. During your stay the topsoil was being installed for the lawn, and the driveway will be finished next month. We sincerely apologize again for the fire alarm issue; we provided a complimentary day at the time, and the builder has since fully resolved it. We’ve also added more utensils, cutlery, and kitchen items, and would have been happy to provide them right away had we known during your stay. We truly appreciate your suggestions and are glad you enjoyed your time here.

The property was amazing and the master bedroom was so comfortable I slept amazing every night! When we needed anything he was amazing and getting it for us, just wish the listing said it was a 4 plex so we would have considered a different home as it was lovely but we had rules as we had tenants. It is very nice and we never heard anyone

This brand new stylish and spacious three-bedroom apartment, is thoughtfully designed across two levels to provide comfort and functionality.

On the main floor, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living and kitchen area which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen comes fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and the adjacent dining area features a large peninsula with bar seating as well as a full dining table. Also on this level are a king bedroom, a cozy double bedroom, a full bathroom, and convenient in-unit laundry.

Downstairs, the lower level offers a quiet retreat with a private queen bedroom and a half bathroom, ideal for added privacy.
