This unique historic home is just walking distance to the Cabot Tower & the Battery!

This Iconic Jelly Bean Row house has been extensively renovated in 2022 with all the luxuries. Full kitchen with wine fridge. A 4 piece bath with soaker tub. Walking distance to world renowned hikes, pubs, restaurants, shops, and the excitement of the downtown core. Permit free Street parking located at the front door. This cozy little row house will have you wanting to stay longer :)

The space
This 150 year old historic home is located right in the heart of this oldest city in North America. If these walls could talk! This loved home has been extensively renovated, keeping the charm but adding the conveniences we are all accustom to. It’s a cozy two bedroom home with new queen beds and a third queen gel foam sofa bed in the main TV room that could be used as a third bed. The bathroom is cute, clean with a separate shower and soaker tub (none-jetted) to be enjoyed after a long stroll through this beautiful city. Bathroom includes linens, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion all provided for worry free stay after your travels. Free to use washer and dryer located in the basement. Full-size open concept kitchen with coffee and tea selection. Wine fridge for those who like their wine held at the perfect temperature. Full spice rack with basic condiments free to use. Smart TVs located in the living room and the main bedroom. Electric fireplace to set the ambiance in the open concept living room. Cozy, clean and recently updated furniture and appliances in January 2022. A lovely place to call home away from home :)

Key code given in advance of arrival. Free street parking in front of property. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, pubs, hiking trails, the battery, museums, and shops.

Other things to note:
Contactless check in. Ideally located on Signal hill. Walking distance to Johnson Geo Centre, Signal hill national historic site, the battery, walking trails, parks, cafes, restaurants, shops, and George Street.

Wonderful property!
We were 2 couples travelling together. Blueberry Biscuit was the perfect property for us! Well stocked, well apppointed, awesome location! Lots of linens, towels even had spices in the kitchen! Exactly as advertised. Centrally located in downtown so it was close to ammenities and the harbor.

Super Cute/ Great Location
My family loved our recent stay at the Blueberry Biscuit! The house came with lovely amenities, was recently and stylishly renovated but still retained the charms of yesteryear. We were travelling with four adults and one toddler and found the beds and all accommodations to be very comfortable. The wine in the fridge was a huge bonus. I loved how easy it was to check in and out of the property and we would definitely stay there again. The location of this property was stellar right at the base of Signal Hill near the Battery and an east walk to Water St.

Take a hike up Signal hill offering incredible views over the ocean, harbour and city lights at night, a must see! During different times of the year, the lookout provides views of whales and icebergs, which can be enjoyed while hiking the world renowned trails or sipping your coffee on a quiet stroll. You can also drive to the top and overlook St. John’s to experience these incredible views of the city as well. This Signal Hill excursion is a must do on your list of things to experience while visiting this unique historic city.
