- Only the upstairs bedroom has a window A/C unit. Downstairs areas are cooled with ceiling fans and a ventilation fan that circulates air

- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: cameras 1-3 are on the front facing the entry and parking area, and camera 4 is on the back facing the workshop area.
